I wouldn't have said Masuaku a month or so ago, but looking at it, he's replaceable and is one of the few that would bring in decent money, which could be spent on better overall. Only one I'd be bothered about is Hernandez, but he clearly wants out.

Burke and Oxford ? They hardly play for us do they we just own them
Out: Evra; Byram; Hart; and anybody else who asks to go if they don’t want to go we keep

I wouldn´t be overly bothered if any of these were moved on for younger / upgrades!

Why sell Obiang? He's one of our better players.
I'd get rid of Kouyate, Byram, Oxford (if he wants to leave), Fenandez, Hernandez, Hart (obviously), Evra (waste of time) and put Carroll on a pay as you play deal otherwise bye as well. Mario seems to be slowly settling so I'd look to keep him on.

Why on earth would anyone buy Carroll? He's got 1 year left on a 90k a week contract, and then he'll be free. Not a chance he leaves, for me.

Snotgrass and Oxford - they're disinterested in us
Evra, Collins, Reid, Hart - all well past their peak
Hernandez - quality player but not right for our system (pity)
Arguably there are others, but replacing 7 with anything significantly better is already a tall order with our track record!
At a minimum we need 2 stand out midfielders, 2 central defenders and a decent goalkeeper to offer Adrian proper competition.

We need the right manager and then give him the funds to build a team.
Everton did that last season and it massively backfired for Koeman....
We need to build a team capable of being the best of the rest and a good cup run

No way Lanzini, Christ we need to build on something and he combined with Arnie and Rice make for a good start. Sell any of them and that's a sure sign we are going in the wrong direction.

I have pretty much the same list.
Anyone injury prone, expensive wages ( Carroll, Pea), or could bring in a fee ( Arfur etc.).
Typically Kouyate had his best game for a while against Everton with some good interceptions and challenges and with him its more about where he plays. He simply is not good or consistent enough for midfield and he certainly does not work hard enough across the season. I would keep him for the defence / back line though. Just I think he thinks he is a box to box midfielder like Paul Pogba?

Where I understand the criticism of some of these players mentioned, lets not forget that we also need a full squad to provide strong back up and competition for places. Some of the names mentioned are more than capable of providing that as long as we can bring in better quality.
